OUR STORY
Nicole and I [Mike] met in 2019, when we quickly fell in love, got married and moved to the country to begin our journey together. The last few years have brought great reflection - and we decided we were ready for a new challenge and spend more time focused on our passions and creativity - so we started this business!
I have 12+ years experience in the trade industry, building my craft, where I found my love of working with hardwood. I really enjoy building furniture pieces or unique home decor items. Wood turning is another technique I enjoy and my love for the trade only continues to grow.
Nicole, although not a woodworker, is my partner in all things out of the shop. She uses her many skills to keep me focused, engaged and creative...plus keeping track of all the important business needs. Her love of thrifting supports our passion to help find ways of bringing old things back to life and ensures nothing in the shop goes to waste.

We are dedicated to producing exceptional handcrafted pieces. Each step of the process is carefully thought about to ensure products are durable, precise and have the attention to detail in the finishing - making beautiful pieces, showcasing excellent craftsmanship, resulting in ultimate quality.​​
SUSTAINABILITY & INNOVATION
Our priority is to use locally sourced lumber from farms and mills in Ontario. We find ways to think outside the box and use all excess material from one project to create unique pieces in another. We love up-cycling thrift store finds & antiques, and incorporate them into new products to give them a second life. These approaches support our goals of putting less waste back into the environment - making our creativity also eco-friendly.​
